On my old laptop (ThinkPad T40p, ipw2100) if I had the following in
/etc/network/interfaces then after a suspend/resume cycle the network
card had re-associated with the AP and network was usable again:

I'm seeing this or something very similar too: my ThinkPad X60 used to
suspend/resume to RAM without a problem in Dapper, but yesterday I
upgraded to Edgy and now although it suspends fine (and the syslog looks
reasonable) it won't resume.

Versioning of kdrive is laughable, it's never had a release. The
version number is totally made-up...
All of the relevant kdrive source has been merged into Xorg for 7.1
(maybe 7.0 too) so just dropping the kdrive source package is the best

The problem is that if I login as another user I can open this file on
the same machine. I've tried deleting all of my dot files for OO.o, yet
I still get the crash.

I use usbnet to connect to my PDA. Before NM 0.6.4-6ubuntu3 the usb0
device was ignored:

important isolation feature that would be unfortunate to have to disable

machine myself) then unshare doesn't work out of the box either:
