I have added an FTP account in "remote" under Dolphin 0.9.2 with KDE 3.5.9; the
name of this account is "main @ mydomain.tld"
However when connected to this account, dolphin displays "main %40
mydomain.tld" instead of the expected, "main @ mydom

Just an update: I have just done a fresh installation of Kubuntu 8.04, no
available network connection during installation.
I enabled universe per the Adept "software sources" method, but changes
packages weren't reloaded.
Thus the built-in adept batch for "Desktop Effects" kept giving "compiz-kd

I'm having the same problem as @morozov-ml. Starting from recovery mode
seems to work though. This seems to be caused by an update because I've
reverted to an old backup which boots just fine, but after installing
updates it hangs after entering the LUKS password just like before.

name that contains dots results in very strange output. Where the names
are usually display is a mess of characters as if the same position was

The fix is simple but it would be more logical to have the hue set
