The ideal here is changing the indicator to give us a hint about the
current active role, and only play the notification sound when the
active role is 'alert'.
We shouldn't play any audio notification when changing sound for
multimedia/alarm, as that is really annoying (imagine yourself
increasing
IMHO we should show the visual but only playing the audio notification
if the active role is 'alert'.
We'd need a hint for that (from indicator-sound), and that hint might
also be useful to show different icons as well (multimedia, phone,
alert, alarm).

1 - For the wifi driver there is really not much to do, also an issue

3 - Can't really reproduce when testing with my device, so created the
following MR to enable debug in powerd by default (safe as it's really
not printing much more because of that, but should give enough to find
out why our userspace is not even trying to suspend):

of events the battery driver sends to the userspace (even when there is
no change).

When wifi is disabled, it calls the Android wifi HAL, which then
disables it for real. On krillin, that basically removes the interface
on the kernel side, which can be verified with a simple ifconfig.

No real reason for this mako-only bug to happen comes to mind. My advise
is to trace back the event to the source, first by lighting up
QtUbuntu's input.cc to spew out all events before pushing them to the
client, and also mirclient's input delivery loop to see if it is
actively dropping the events
