I tried burning the amd64 ISO to 2 different discs - both of them failed to
boot in the same way.
I tried today's daily iso amd64 - same outcome.
The amd64 iso was bootable on my other laptop (HP).

This is still an issue in Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty Narwhal) final release.
To use an Ubuntu 64-bit live cd on a Mac or Macbook with EFI, you need to
download the amd64+mac iso.

Keep in mind that Q and W are dangerously close on the keyboard.
I find myself accidentally pressing CTRL-Q instead of CTRL-W in Firefox, which
closes whole Firefox instead of just one tab, which obviously is not what I

SO maybe consider using CTRL-SHIFT-Q instead of just CTRL-Q? Or add

The "Error initialising camera: -60: Could not lock the device" is still
present in Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx) when I connect the phone in "Phone mode"
and "Multimedia transfer mode".
Mass storage mode works without this issue.
