Rather than forcing the user to run sudo apt-get update after using add-
apt-repository, and thus downloading a serious amount of package lists
(20-30MB), add-apt-repository should also download only the package list
from the PPA that was just added.

I haven't tried any upstream kernels since I just automatically update
to the latest kernel in the Ubuntu Mainline PPA with a script. All 3.13

repos have the crashing issues with my two Radeon HD 6800 machines. I

Public bug reported:
I've noticed after installing Ubuntu 14.04 on a Richland APU desktop,
that this critical DPM issue has still not been fixed. DPM needs to be
disabled by default like in kernel 3.14 for these systems so that the
live CD or desktop session does not instantly reboot the machine.
If Midori 0.4.3 is so old, then why is Trusty still shipping with it?
Considering it's in Trusty repos, it should be supported. Installing
libwebkitgtk dbg would require me to install ~3GB of content on my small
partition which I cannot do. Midori does not recognize --plain as an
option.

I'm currently setting up a trible boot with Windows 8.1, Ubuntu 13.04,
and an Ubuntu 14.04 Testing partition. I'll try that when I am done.
Are you sure I need rtl8712u.bin? I'm not aware of my Sabertooth 990FX
having a Realtek wifi chip in it.
I do note that when I install a new kernel in Ubuntu
Okay, the Live CD for Ubuntu 14.04 ran fine. However, after it rebooted
it instantly hung as soon as it showed the Ubuntu desktop (with no icons
on the panel) into my account (I had it set to autologin). Booting into
recovery mode has it instantly start spitting text with a red
background.
