[Bug 1592387] [NEW] Grub2 installation fails during a fresh install ubuntu 16.04

Public bug reported: its a dual boot with Windows 7. I had created an 8200 MB swp area and 20482MB mount point as / and about 390 GB was with a a mount point /home. My Windows was installed in UEFI mode and hence i continued installing Ubuntu 16.04 in the same. The installation exits with an error
