I think this bug should be tracked in maverick because it will likely
use 2.6.35 and a git snapshot of xserver-xorg-video-ati after may 7th

If resuming or booting ruins the wireless network I can't reenable it.
Disabling and enabling wireless network,unplugging and plugging in the
wireless device doesn't help. Only reboot solves the problem. This bug
was not present in Karmic.

How do I insert the nvidia kernel module into the new kernel? (I
installed the nvidia driver from the hardware drivers application).
Resume fails with the generic driver,so I cannot test this bug.

Cold booting works fine for me. Rarely I have got a black screen but
after pressing CTRL+ALT+F1 then CTRL+ALT+F7 everything is back to
normal. That is another problem which has a bug report.

Erni35: My desktop PC has the same graphics card (ATI Radeon HD3200 -
RS780) card and KMS worked perfectly with 2.6.32.
I think the ATI KMS code is not ready for stable use. Sometimes it
works,but serious problems appear on all kinds of GPUs
(R100,R200,R300,R400,R500 and R600),but I never heard an
Kernel 2.6.32-16.23 is out: *update DRM to mainline v2.6.33 (from
changelog).
