Same crash here, using a just dowloaded live cd of Jaunty Alpha 5 Kubuntu.
After boot up, there is a warning message coming up and saying, that "Sorry,
the program "nepomukservicestub" closed unexpectedly."

I had the same problem with a Google account: Evolution asking me for user name
and password at every start up.
I found that I had to unlock captcha for my account here:
https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha
So in my case there was no problem with Evolution
May I ask what does this application do after all?
What is it trying to do and what was it supposed to do?
I know this is rather a technical question, but I am insterested in knowing the
answer.

Same hier on Karmic. Trying to refactor class names, variable names etc
will throw an exception and eventually don't rename anything (variables
are not renamed).

Same here on Kubuntu Lucid Beta 1 on a Lenovo S12 machine and dual boot
with XP. Clean install with all updates. After the broken pipes message,
the screen goes black and then I get the login screen. After that the
system seems to function alright.

Same here on Maverick Beta. After changing some desktop settings, kde
freezes (only the mouse can be moved) and I have to physically restart
the computer. I don't have this problem when running Lucid. When it
freezes, I have no idea how to collect any debugging information.

Another thing: as I am not using the S12 any longer (graphics card
died), you can close this bug report as far as I'm concerned. But this
doesn't mean, the system clock is working on that machine. It means
only, I am not using the machine anymore and I cannot test any new
kernels.

I have installed Arch Linux on the maschine and observed the same behaviour of
the wireless card as on Kubuntu: it was down on boot.
When I tried to ifconfig wlan0 up I got an error message about rfkill:
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Operation not possible due to RF-kill
and rfkill list shown the card as being
A note: the above mentioned was tested and done in Arch Linux. The file
/etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf doesn't exist on my Kubuntu system.

Using a Lenovo S12 (not S10) with an Intel Atom N270 CPU: after
upgrading today from Lucid to the new release version, the system
refused to boot, so I did a fresh install of the release version. The
system would not boot either, so I did what you sugested here in posts
