1. Sadly yes, this bug is repeatable. I reproduced it 4-5 times. I'm now
running 2.26-5 kernel in intrepid and it works fine. I will go back to 2.6.27
and give you the result of the mount command (I did not notive anything myself
after cheking the result of mount, but did not copy it)

As Gary said, it is a choice that has been made on breezy to hash
~/.ssh/known_hosts to prevent worms usage. As a result, bash completion
can not use it.
If you want to get completion, just do what Gary described in his
comment.

You really do not have the file "/var/run/cyrus/socket/". Postfix in
Ubuntu (and in Debian) run in a chroot located in /var/spool/postfix.
For your problem, you have several workarounds:
* make a link from /var/run/cyrus/socket to
/var/spool/postfix/

added a -f option to rm). I send it to the Debian Packager, waiting for
his feed-back to sync in Ubuntu (introducing a diiff is useless).

It was pointed out that it was the case for pratical reasons, it does not

Can you check with a dpkg -l your asterisk version ? It should be
1.2.7.1.dfsg-2ubuntu3.1 now.
I can not reproduce your bug, and I have experienced none of the problem
you listed here with my Ubuntu Asterisk box.
Did you change the location of the pidfile ? Your fix concerns a PIDFILE
that seems
Here is a quick patch that solves the problem. I am not sure that we
should apply this, it only concers people who removed / rename
voicemail.conf and the bug is not present anymore on Edgy.

Have your tried to connect to asterisk console ? It gives some
informations on the interactions with voicemail (connect with a lot of
v).

You probabily wanted to do a dpkg -L not a dpkg -S. A dpkg -L will show you
that the .pm file is present:
dpkg -L libnet-ssh-perl | grep .pm
/usr/share/perl5/Net/SSH.pm
/usr/share/man/man3/Net::SSH.3pm.gz
Same on Dapper and Edgy. Feel free to reopen if it is not the case for
you.
