use of qjackctl is to have it set to start with session in order to run
jack at that time. So the user upgrades, reboots and finds they can't do

Honestly, I use the system tray settings with qjackctl all the time. I
just don't have the screen real estate to deal with it. Screen 1 has the
editor window and meter bridge and screen 2 has the mixer panel a

In the latest version, This option's meaning has changed :P to mean
enable dbus interface to qjackctl rather than the old meaning of use
jackdbus rather than jackd. The new version (April 6 2016) has a new

In older versions of qjackctl, the ability to control qjackctl via dbus
was always on. So having both on would leave things the same as prior
versions. I think Rui added this as a setting for those running it on
minimal systems with no dbus.

when plugged into the computer's SD socket, but was fine with a USB
adapter. As I am testing the daily iso for ubuntustudio as they come out,
I not longer have the kernel in question, but it seems a kernel upgrade

Background for screen 1 is different from
I can see that this does nothing as you say. I am not sure what it
should do though. I would think it should create a *.menu file somewhere
like in .config/menus. or perhaps whereever the click on the folder icon
puts it. This does not seem to happen. Have you tried this on xubuntu
(stock xfce)? On

I have three disks (the USBstick shows up as another) when I select
installation type "Something else", I choose to install on sdd1. So I
select it and click on "change" which allows me to select size, FS type

This is still a problem in saucy. With multiple partitions the user will
want to mount other partitions sometimes using a file manager. I have
four 20G partitions which are hard to identify, so I gave them all
names. This helps me in two way, It is easier to select which one I want
and it is easie
