crashes.

1. Open a single chat window
2. Click on "Conversation" in the menu

Sorry. After I did "make uninstall" with an older manually installed
empathy the problem didn't appear anymore. I only removed executable
rights from /usr/local/bin/empathy, before. It seems it's not enough to
"disable" a locale build.

I also compiled the same version as used in dapper from the tomboy
original source and had not the problems anymore. I think the bug must
be in the dapper branch of the code, but I am not a programmer and
didn't know how big the difference between the original source and the
dapper version is.

My xorg.conf was incompatible with gutsy. But instead of failsaveXServer
the old ncurses dialog informs me about the broken X. I found out, that
the VESA driver (xserver-xorg-video-vesa) was missing.
To test the failsaveXServer removed my (now worki
magic magic, now tracker didn't start automatically on my computer, too.
I disabled indexing in "System -> Preferences -> Indexing Preferences"
and logout/login. Tracker didn't start. Of Course, this option is about
something different, Then I enabled this again, but after a new login

when I switch the workspace they start to blink.

1. Start Muine.
2. Start EasyTag
3. Change with EasyTag some tags and filenames, which are observed by muine.
4. Save them all at one time.
5. Muine won't react anymore and crashes after a while

the problem is the "-f" parameter

I use the "save session" option. After the windows are restored, they
starts to blink in the taskbar. this is really annoying. I must klick on
each window. This happens at least with epiphany and gnome-terminal.

Workarround: Don't click the mousebutton during the ibook is in sleep.
(Maybe this happens accidently, because the lid could push the button,
too)
Reanimate touchpad (as root):
rmmod -v ohci_hcd
modprobe -v ohci_hcd
After this, your touchpad works as an usb mouse (faster and now two
fingerclick)

Hi,
I upgrade yesterday from lucid to precise using "update-manager -d" and
following the steps. After the reboot I had a broken grub (just a grub
shell, no entries). I started my computer with xubuntu live cd and fixed
it via chroot and grub-install, update-grub.
