Noticed a few times that sometimes the window borders etc did not load
when unminimising a window - this is probably unrelated as I had been
playing with the metacity theme, but what is interesting is that when
this happened unminimizing the window happened without lag - just
without the borders.
I've tried out 8.10, and it doesn't seem to be a problem, with or
without desktop effects enabled. Seems to work as it should :)

I have the same issue. Added some log messages to /etc/network/if-
up.d/mountnfs script and discovered that the script was exiting in
exit_unless_last_interface. That function reads /etc/network/interfaces

Looking into the "CI-DMA: Out of SW-IOMMU space" error I was directed to
a few options.
I tried the swiotlb=force and got a panic, I assumed it was the same,
however I could be wrong.
As per the xen-devel list I tried upping what ever this is with
swiotlb=128 can got a diffenent backtrace - see a

notes about swiotlb - I had it on the wrong grub line.
Setting swiotlb=128 seems to have stablized the dom0 so far.
This seems to be a work around however, I don't think this should be

the cx88 driver for the DVB4000 card, so I could use both -S & -T
simultaneously. I then installed all the 4vl modules and removed the ones from
the ubuntu modules. Everything then work fine.

it returns
scvolumename
but when I ssh into the instance, I can't access the scvolume, it
doesn't show up under /dev, fdisk /dev/devicename doesn't work.

Actually, since my interface to the private subnet is a bridge as
required according to the cc.log for MANAGED-NOVLAN which is the default
setup using the server CDs, I was told by nekro_ in the #eucalyptus
channel that
vblade/aoe won't export across a linux bridge :(
so I am thinking if you use

Reinstalling with guided partitioning did not fix the problem, so it
wasn't XFS.

I figured out the problem.
I was looking at the web interface, under configuration in the Storage
Controller section, the IP address there was my public IP address and
the ethernet device was my public ethernet interface. When I changed the
IP address to my private IP address and private IP addres

I am still having this problem. I am using the latest uec-image from
10-20.
If I do a lsmod | grep acpiphp
I get
acpiphp25180 0
so the module is running.
I'm no longer using a bridge on my CC - I am using the setup from 10-19
daily server ISOs.
I've tried
