The issue is still reproducable.
Currently, the netbook is not able to resume from a suspend.

The netbook still had the problem of not resuming from suspend with
Ubuntu 15.10.
The releases I have tested the netbook with are: 15.10 and 16.04-dev.
The netbook had problems with both.

Unfortunately, the client needed to have a computer so I no longer have
any access to the machine. Maybe someone else in the world has this
netbook and would be able to do testing.
