easiest way to reproduce the bug: 1) go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla_Firefox 2) place mouse cursor on any wikiterm. "tooltip" floats up. 3) scroll using the mouse wheel, moving the wikiterm out of the cursor, removing the "tooltip" (what's the correct term btw?) 4) gray box will remain
