I've been looking more into this and this is what I've done.
1) I uninstalled the fglrx package through "apt-get purge fglrx" ant
tried to start in low graphics mode. Still no progress.
2) I reinstalled the fglrx package through apt-get and noticed that it
failed to install "fglrx" and "fglrx-amd

System seems to be powering completely off. Screen goes black, but computer is

Can confirm that sudo apt install linux-generic-hwe-20.04 makes
everything work. Didn't have to remove OEM.
I've tried some earlier generic-kernels where the screen scaling

Same here Ubuntu 24.04
I can't work anymore.
The problem is, pyhoca-cli relates to python 3.11 and this is not available
anymore in ubuntu 24.04, so when i switched from debian to ubuntu i lost my
connection to work...
