Steps to reproduceː
1. Flash the latest stable saucy image to mako
2. Open the Language & Text Settings from system settings
3. Change the Display Language to some other language e.g. if it is English
(US), change it to British English.
4. Exit the settings
5. Upgrade to dev

1. Flash the latest daily current to Nexus 4
2. Launch the pre installed Calculator app
3. Launch the web browser app and tap on URL field to bring the OSK
4. Now ssh to the device and kill the browser application e.g. using kill -9
5. Observe that OSK doe

2. Launch the gallery app
3. Scroll to the videos under Events
4. Tap on a video to open
Observe that under the play button, gallery app will show a spinner
indefintely instead of a video preview
