I am using Qt 5.8.0 and QtCreator 4.2.1 on Nvidia 375.39-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
Qt Creator failed with following message.

context, neither GLX nor EGL are enabled
[fatal] 3542 4.679 Failed to create EG
i have hard time of the issue.
i tried with many way including which figured out above.
after the patch but cu tells following,
./cu: mkdir (/usr/spool): Permission denied
./cu: /dev/ttyS0: Line in use
for the patch, i download uucp 1.07 source from http://airs.com/ian/uucp.html
and fixed sources
same to me.
It occurs every one time at startup.

Nowdays what I have known is which the Gnome-Shell re-start only once at
startup.
that is follow,
Step1. I login with my account on the Login Screen.
Step2. Wait for ready
Step3. Desktop Screen comes visible
until Step3 it's all good works. Gnome-shell doesen't Re-Start.
Step4. I run any a applic
Sorry!, I misktake for the syslog. the file is gdb dump file in /var/crash
I put the syslog again.

I got to know the strange reason about this.
It appears when I used my favorit theme 'Adapta-Noto' for the gnome shell theme.
but works good on default shell theme Adwaita.
The log when the Gnome-Shell crashed is following:

Until Ubuntu 16.04 daily 20160406 works fine. the release run on the kernel
4.4.16.
that is, the Wifi has no problem until got 16.04 daily 20160415+later.
My WiFi connection failed mostly since I have upgrade to daily 20160415 +
later.
Same bug on 16.04 daily build 20160406.
