I have the same problem too. My system freezes when i browse on
facebook. I looked my system monitor/info and i found that firefox has
allocated 920MB RAM(!!) and the swap partition is active. I think we
have a huge memory leak here.

Yes. Webcam is not working at all. Bluetooth is not working if it's
switched off at boot. Any usb device that is not already plugged in at
boot will not work. (usb hotplug not working).
Basically, it's exactly the same bug. I think the patch that fixed this
in 2.6.31-18, was omitted from

makes video playback normal. It is strange that removing the
"radeon.audio=1" parameter and updating GRUB, still after reboot

Very severe problem. novice users will never handle such a problem. They
will end up with an old google-chrome for example and their paid app (ex
stormcloud) will never update again.
That problem prevents me from suggesting any distribution update and of
course with such a small support period for
Xubuntu 13.04 with 3.8.0.19 kernel - NO HDMI output (pulseaudio does not even
recognize any HDMI output)
Xubuntu 13.04 with 3.5.0.27 kernel (from 12.10) - HDMI output OK!
GPU Radeon RV630 running opensource drivers

HDMI sound finally is working again! kernel 3.8.0-20.31 is fine. Tested
on Xubuntu 13.04 with Radeon 2600 PRO HDMI output

I haven't tried Ubuntu 13.04 to see if the bug exist but i am not a fan

When you copy a file from nautilus to usb stick with the "send to"

Ubuntu 13.04 on Acer 5630, Orbicam still does not work. I get green
screen (webcam led is on) on Skype's options and i can not make a video
call. lsusb detects the webcam correctly.

I am using 3.4.1 on 12.04 LTS.
Yes this is close to what i would like to see. So it would be good to
have the option to set it to display the percentage of total CPU use
instead of each 4 cores use for example. Like Windows task manager.
