Public bug reported:

Watching movies on VLC i noticed that every some minutes the video
hanged for some seconds. I found that a process called "/usr/bin/X :0
-auth /var/run/lightdm/root/:0 -nolisten tcp vt7 -novtswitch -background
none" was using every 10 minutes for some seconds 50% of CPU making my
weak CPU (atom N450) not capable to execute both processes together and
video hang for some seconds every time. together with this process,
another process called "xfce4-settings-helper" uses 10-15% of cpu. after
some seconds both are going to idle.
