I'm getting similar errors, though for different packages and a different IP address. I can ping the IP address. The problem is not that the machine is inaccessible, it is that the files are apparently not there, hence the 404's. W: Failed to fetch http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/
