I'm getting similar errors, though for different packages and a
different IP address. I can ping the IP address. The problem is not
that the machine is inaccessible, it is that the files are apparently
not there, hence the 404's.

I received a fix for my problem from the support forum:

so my system now works again. I still of course don't know why this
happened.
