I think to have published a fix for this in version 1.1.91. Don't know
how to change it in the current version for Ubuntu Jaunty. Is there some
packager here responsible for such that things? The diff between 1.1.8
and 1.1.91 would help, specially for the translation.c file.

it will work for you. See the last upstream release: 1.3.3

Hi, this is a very annoying issue, I guess it came from some change in
Pango (in the GTK library), some time ago. So, I don't have much to do
to solve this for now. A work around would be remaking completely the
cursor implementation, but this is beyond my possibilities now. Sorry.

Oh, so sorry, just now I figured out what happens. It is a normal thing,

Greek environment. Keep up to date with the latest version (from Ubuntu

Hello,
Thanks for the feedback. But this is a very old bug, and it's close
related to the GTK interface. I just use the input box as a "dirty"
trick to access the keyboard. The great advantage is that it's a very
portable code. I didn't want to dig into the X interface to catch key-
press events,
I'm getting rid of the updates from old dir to the "newer" one.
Maybe that's the cause of the bug. See release 1.6.0, hope to be fixed from
there.
