Oh, so sorry, just now I figured out what happens. It is a normal thing,
because greek translation was added only in release 1.9.9 of Klavaro,
that came up with Ubuntu 14. The Greek keyboard is there before because
I introduced it a long time ago, just to get attention from some Greek
guy  who could volunteer to translate it.

So, it will not work in Ubuntu 12, it is a matter of keeping up to date
with the newer version, not a bug at all, ok?

  i have installed Klavaro in a ubuntu 12.04 but i cannot set greek
  language although it has greek keyboard. i installed it in another pc
  with ubuntu 14 and it's ok
