I installed Ubuntu via a alternate cd of Lubuntu (to have a minimal
installation). I just looked and when I get a DHCP my card is already
called p1p1.
In alternate CD of Lubuntu :

I reinstalled a minimal Ubuntu i386 to make it more visible and clean
(And because I'm nice ^^).
No problem with a live-cd. The problem is present only with the alternate CD
amd64 and i386 :
