Public bug reported:

Hi,

I just installed ubuntu 12.04 and I notice a huge memory consumption.
I do not use swap. I use ext4 and when I run an installation package is the
drama :
free -m
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 725 682 42 0 14 83

Under debian Squeeze I have already encountered problems with kswapd0. I think
it is this:

Please look screen capture. (iotop)
