I have the same problem, on an MSI Wind U90 Pressing Fn + F11 doesn't cycle through those combinations, it just turns the second LED (the wireless LED) on/off/on/off/on/off. It doesn't do anything with the first bluetooth LED. lshw | grep bluetooth doesn't find anything. hci dev shows no devices
