Thanks, that fixes everything except lightdm. You can login, but you
can't make use of any of the indicators. It appears that lightdm is
refusing to scale and ends up filling only the top left corner of the

On a system freshly installed (haven't tried the upgrade route) where
the user selects to encrypt their home directory, they will get a
password prompt during boot and at other times on the command-line
requesting a password for cryptswap1.

Cloud-init is getting the wrong time because of this error:
[ 14.726283] hctosys: unable to open rtc device (rtc0)
What that means is the RTC_DRV_XGENE kernel config option was changed to
'm', this needs to be built-in in order for the device to be available
for hctosys.

ARM64 NUMA was added and enabled in 4.2.0-13.15, which apparently breaks
on the m400.

for erratum #843419" causes the kernel to fail on arm64. This issue was
seen with wily's kernel as well and was worked around by disabling
