prompts for the password after clicking the "Upgrade..." button and it
fails after that.

The problem lies in line 72. The tooltip attribute of the textbox
element is somehow failing - maybe referencing an undefined entity or
whatever. I removed the tooltip attribute and it works like a charm.

1. Let PureAdmin create the user and group with ID at around 100.
2. Close PureAdmin.
3. Change user id and group id to something above 1000 (e.g. "usermod ftpuser
-u 1020" and "groupmod ftpgroup -g 1021")
4. Edit /root/.pureadminrc: Replace the values for "defaultuid" and
"defaultgi
And no longer working today. This problem is still coming and going and
I have no idea why.
