Yes, I can confirm this still applies for me. I get the file downloaded,
not saved.

I've attached the file which downloads, in case it contains a clue ...
but it looks like normal XHTML to me.
I haven't seen this on any other sites. Suspect it's a header
No plugins. The only change I've made is to enable the debug menu,
but I haven't altered any settings.
Well, if it only affects me, I don't really need to read that page
anyway, I'm already a convert :)

I couldn't replicate the issue by copying the file and fixing the XML on
my server, but the response headers are probably different there.
When I fetch the page with wget, I get a document entitled
"Documentation for Ubuntu 6.06 LTS"; when I try to view the page with
Safari, I get a document entit
Confirmed; If OSX language preference is set to Maori, page is served
Dutch [nb] and downloads to disk. Works fine when viewed with prefs set
to en-AU or en.

Setting my Swiftfox (X11) or Firefox (OSX) prefs to prefer Maori over
English results in an English page. However, I still get the
Dokumenajson page in Safari this morning (if preferring Maori over
English).
Note the rest of the page is in English, just the title and links (/nb/)
are Dutch.

HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE = 'mi' (results attached)

With lang set to English (Australian) in Safari, HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE
becomes 'en-us'.
>From my test, this Safari doesn't offer secondary weighted hints for
language preference ... or, if it does, then this isn't appearing in the
output of HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE in diag.cgi.

I am seeing this issue as well.
I have two networks that are both configured to join a VPN, and when
both networks (wifi and wired) are activated simultaneously, I see a
message:

This happens when the feature to show password text is inadvertently
activated, as can happen when keyboard mashing to wake device. Details
in link by Alex in comment 7.
