I've forwarded this upstream, and they don't feel like fixing this, since
Ctrl+W is for documents (such as OOo, Office...) and liferea doesn't fit in
that category.

I'm closing this bug because it's not a bug. The liferea executable is a
script to set up the environment and launch liferea-bin (which is the
right file).
To run liferea under gdb, you have to use liferea-bin, but setting first the
proper environment variable

Can you also open liferea from the terminal, and crash it? It may give

BTW you don't need to bump vinagre's dependency on gtk-vnc. It will use
the latest one available. You should only bump it when you use new
symbols or something like that afaik.

As slomo pointed out to me on IRC, the 08_force_ssh patch is there to
enable ssh support without installing openssh-client in the buildds.
The problem was that 10_relibtoolize wasn't generated properly. This
debdiff fixes it.
