Regarding this bug (tracker applet there when trackerd is entirely
disabled), we don't need it to get check for X events, since there's no
need to pause trackerd, as it's disabled. So in this special case, it
makes sense to disable tracker-applet too.

For other cases (a user who uses t-s-t or deskbar-applet or whatever and
doesn't want/like tracker-applet) there could be an option in tracker-
preferences to just "hide" it from the systray, while still running in
the background to get X events.

BTW, it's possible right now to disable tracker-applet from
System>Preferences>Sessions. Not easily discoverable for a newbie
though.
