I see in your logs that Tomcat8 didn't start after the upgrade.
Was it starting before? Often misconfigured servers are around that people
don't care/need anymore, but on package upgrade they show up as part of the
upgrade process is to restart them.
I'd recommend to check the error log at:
exactly same problem here. ~/.config/katemetainfos contains data about
my recent files. there's no katerc in ~/.kde/share/config/.

to e.g. wrong architecture.

I updated the meta-release-development file for Artful, tried to upgrade
to it and got this crash:
$ do-release-upgrade -d

1. open remmina session in fullscreen mode on a screen that is placed UNDER
another one
2. move the cursor to the top of the screen with remmina on, nothing will happen

Fix ChrootRunner.test_setup_commands_string when ran recursively
Commit a94e5ac42 exported $ADT_NORMAL_USER to tests. So remove it from the

now exports $ADT_NORMAL_USER into the tests, and one of the tests checks
that this is not set. Commit cbac10742cc44d66c82ee9776157273a5cce7a59
cleans it out of the test in question's environ
