Just chipping in to say that it's very frustrating to see this marked
with a status of "Fix released".
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what that implies, but:
- all my servers running 14.04 LTS don't have the fix yet - and apparently
won't get it unless I take action

cgmanager on a lot of armhf devices now (Ubuntu Core & Ubuntu Phone).

Seeing a similar symptom trying to install a large app (file manager)
from the store, the download starts fast, slows down then times out. At
the same time the browser is responsive, pings, etc.
This was on a reasonably fast 3G connection. Switching to a slightly
faster wifi connection (only 4G)

To use something which we actually support in a non-best effort basis,
you'd have to use Ubuntu 14.04.
The LXC in Ubuntu 12.04 was 0.7.5 and cgmanager doesn't exist in the supported
Ubuntu 12.04.
As LXC in Ubuntu 12.04 wasn't in main, it's also not really supported anymore.
