I am experiencing this bug with Nemo on Ubuntu 15.04 64 bit. It does not
start right away, it may take several hours working with Nemo before the
HUD goes crazy.
Even with 4 CPUs and 8 Gb of RAM, the hud-service renders the system
unusable once it forces the Swap to kick in.

Ubuntu 15.04 x64, just happened to me.
Have same error: get_secrets_cb(): Failed to request VPN secrets #2: (6) No
agents were available for this request.
Workaround in #34 helped for me.

The likely reason is that Greybird disables button images in its gtkrc:

Sorry, no can do!
I have backed off to 14.04 and am staying there until a resolution
occurs or the next release comes out. I can't afford the time for
upgrade/downgrade experiments - the loss of all desktop settings and the
need to re-install add-on packages manually during such a process
sudo apt-get purge openvpn
sudo apt-get install openvpn
fixed the problem
