No - I'm passing on what I was told on a forum about the experience of
someone else with about eariler versions. That person has little
technical ability, so I won't get any information from there. I've only
encountered it in 14.10 and 15.04.
Please - Mint did NOT compile the working wine versio
I was excited to see this bug report, but sad once i saw it was still
marked as new and unassigned since October 2014.
Martin already clearly explained the issue. This simplest solution would
to just take out the Apache dependency. It isn't required so it
shouldn't be a dependency.

The language of the greeter infographic (at the center of the circle) is
not updated correctly when switching the system language: it stays set
to the language that was set before switching.
Steps to reproduce:
- Switch system language to French
- Switch system language to Ge
mplayer has the same problem like smplayer,gnomeplayer so on
The -nogui option will only work as the first command line argument.

To rule out kernel involvement, I took the same 'root-image' and ran
this on utopic:

So, I understand that we have two options here:
A) If 2.21 makes Ubuntu 15.04, then we are good in terms of patch, we
just need to enable lock elision in gcc build (--enable-lock-
elision=yes).
These are the patch that enable HTM in glibc:

Last time i checked that's because apps store the stuff in the data
store that feeds the infographic already translated.
Not much we can do in unity8 to fix that.
