kanor mentions, the ASUS UX301LA. When the bluetooth device is blocked
via rfkill, the hci0 device shows up properly under hciconfig. However,
when the bluetooth device is unblocked, hci0 vanishes.

I am also seeing this bug when trying to play dvds on both 32 and 64 bit
systems. I also found a duplicate in bug #1253799, so that's +3 more
affected.

Hi Raymond: Yes, that seems to be the source of the problem. I'm
guessing there's some incompatibility between kernel modules, perhaps
because of my use of the audio ppa. I've tried to remove the ppa, but
synaptic indicates a lot depends on it. Any workarounds someone could
suggest?
