At least on Ubuntu 12.04 it seems there are two Problems involved:
1. asciidoc does not convert german-umlauts in xref-labels for the xml-output.
A workaround is to manually give plain ascii xref-labels if a header contains
german umlauts and you need the xreference. Otherwise just ignore them.
Is there a way we could have caught this at the gate ? Looks more like
upgrade testing territory...

I see this as well which is really annoying when connecting to a remote
desktop with a small resolution. Btw, I'm on Kubuntu 12.04 and 12.10.
Always have to vertically resize the window manually.
Expected behavior: R-CTRL+1 should resize remmina window to remote

(most of them have none) on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS and is quite annoying as
