Updating firmware of my ZTE MF636 to V1.0.4B11 (from V1.0.2B01) using a
win-application from my local 3G data provider fixed all problems regarding
instability of /dev/ttyUSBx creation/removal.
Tested on Ubuntu 10.04 (2.6.32-29-generic #58)
Now I can use my ZET MF636 as expected!

A newer version 0.22.07 of the firmware test suite (fwts) tool is now
available which fixes the above issue by removing this test as it's
incompatible with the natty kernel.

1. I got the same problem when trying to eject disk (Optiarc DVD RW AD-
7200A)... see attached log.
2. It's not possible to burn any CD-R correctly - getting the same
"files might be corrupted" error everytime...
I'm sure It's not HW problem, drive is working fine in other systems.
