This is with the battery at 30-50%, not 80. Sometimes the icon just
starts showing full and the status at the top of the tooltip says "fully
charged" After a little bit, the icon and status go back to the
charging state as they should be, "Battery: x:xxh to charge"

I am running Nautilus 2.14.3 on Ubuntu 6.06. Following please find the
result of the backtrace. In this case Nautlius has termitated itself
again after I sent a folder to trash, but Backtrace says that it has
been exiting normally - what is obviously not true. It is a little bit
hard to reproduce t
Do you have only one battery?
powermanager assumes that if battery is not charging and not discharging and
the current is more than zero that battery is fully charged. This does not seem
to be the case on your laptop.
Can you attach output of "lshal" and try to reproduce the problem when
"lshal

The mftrace thing was silly... the required Python library was included
in the mftrace source, I just hadn't installed it.
mftrace should be modified to depend on tetex-bin | texlive-base, but
that's for another bug (specifially, #65170).

Thanks for your bug. I'm not sure the patch is correct, it changes the
selector for the mbox mode too and in that case that's not sure you want
to pick a folder

The changes mentioned in this bug are not likely to be applied, since AFAIK
they are not W3C compliant.
But I have to agree that we have to come up with a solution to this problem,
preferably by having native GTK widgets embed in Gecko.
