What I though to be a fix is only a workaround.
You can delete ~/.kde/share/config/klipperrc and that should be okay.

Hello I can confirm this bug as well. I recently installed a new DVD
burner the Plextor PX-760A a dual layer DVD burner on pata. CD disc
worked perfectly but not DVDs. Howver running the python script

that's supposed to happen.

I think it likely has to do with a dependency issue. First, I've just
done this on 6.06, but I think that if you remove Postfix entirely and
then apt-get -V install it, you will see some packages 'not upgraded'.
Figure out what those are and solve that problem and I suspect you will
be OK.

I'm sorry if I was unclear. A partition on a vfat or ntfs volume shows
up with two icons, e.g.: "data" and "data (2)".
This happens in the Places menu and on the Desktop. In the Computer
"folder" only one icon appears. My nautilus version is:
2.15.92.1-0ubuntu3. This is in Ubuntu edgy.

everytime i switch to text console using ctrl+alt+f1 and back to gui i

It should indeed indicate the totally selected space somewhere, and it sould be
possible to select 650/700/800 MB, or 4.7/9.0 B (or actually 4.4 and 8.x, I
don't know the exact values) for DVD's.
And if possible at all, automatically select the value corresponding to the
empty medium inserted.
This is a well known issue reported for 2 month on kde bts.

Sometimes when exiting xscreensaver, the mouse cursor will disappear as
soon as the mouse is moved. Keyboard use also seems to be limited to
hotkeys. The only solution I have found is to log out of the x session
and in again.

I found out that this often happen when you keep the Alt Gr key pressed
while pressing the space bar. This inserts an invisible character which
is not a whitespace.

Actually, the ESC key doesn't work on browser mode with "folder buttons
path", you have to change folder to make the search box disappear.

Ubuntu C.E. (Christian Edition). Basically, it is the exact same OS as
dapper drake, except that some App's were left out, and some App's were
included that you do not automatically get with dapper!
