Frankly, I´m doing it rather slowly. There are huge amounts of
corrections to be made, mostly spelling and grammar. I hope to have
some free time soon, so I can work more on this project.

I've been testing a bit the gcompris games. It seems that there are a
few strings left to translate, as well as some translations with bad
grammar and misspelled words... Must the gcompris project be assigned
to someone? Or can I start reviewing it and translating what's
left?...

professional Portuguese teacher, and I would like to review the
gcompris project for Ubuntu. I'm already a member of the Portuguese
Ubuntu Translators Community. What must I do, since this project is
not available in Rosetta?
