Thinking about how many times users are intended to use this keyboard
shortcut, I find it very strange that such a "hidden" delay has been

Nicholas, the dash only responds to Super key taps <= 0.25 seconds long.
If you have it pressed longer than that then it won't respond.

Problem not only in launching Dash, in closing too. I pressed Super key
and it started, I pressed Super key in second time and Dash didn't
close.

Yes, it's reproducible. But I see it in random times. I don't know why.
Just I pressed Super key three times: first two times I saw Dash, on
third it didn't show.
