It started to work ok two days ago. Before, the steps were quite easy,
the icon change would not work for any "Custom application launcher".
It also wasn't possible to add any "Custom application launcher" to the
(upper) panel.
Maybe an update has solved it. Maybe there was something wrong in my
not sure of what changed, closing for now though since it works fine.
Feel free to reopen if that happens again
