Seems to be the same as bug 60018. Here the background of the form seems
to be an image which the pdftops filter renders to a black square.

Looks like printing the original PDF to a new PDF using printer
CUPS/postscript-color-printer-rev4 triggered another bug.
A few seconds after printing, the harddisk is becoming heavily used, the load
goes up, but the CPU usage stays down due to swapping.
Switching to the console and killing the /
Thank you for your bug. Does printing to a .pdf work correctly? Does
using lp on the command line to print the pdf does the same?
