Sorry that I posted the last reply twice, I did not trust that replying
to an email posted the message on this page.
Anyhow: in the mean time I have checked 0.20-fixes, which is a branch in
SVN obviously. And NO, the bug is not yet fixed in 0.20-fixed.

The Segfault of the frontend does not happen every time the backend
exits like this.
I saw in Mythtv SVN that it was fixed. I do not know about the
0.20-fixes (is that a separate release? Where do I find it?). Have not
tested SVN yet though.
