In my case when I tried to switch to IMAP+ the folders stopped loading
at all. Perhaps my server doesn't support it, but this leaves me without
the possibility to create IMAP folders via Evolution.
Using Evolution 3.2. in Oneiric.

I can confirm the issue. I have noticed though that in IMAP+ on one of
my machines it will create the folder and it's saved on the IMAP server,
but it doesn't show in the treeview inside Evolution until you close and
restart Evolution - you can't even refresh the subscription list to see
it.
On m
If I change my server type in evolution from IMAP to IMAP+, it seems to
work.
