I have bug like this on my Lenovo t420. Sometimes after a wake up I can't
connect to any wireless network.
In these cases dmesg shows a lot of messages like this:
[43261.458904] rtl8192c: Loading firmware file rtlwifi/rtl8192cfw.bin
[43266.792244] rtl8192c: Loading firmware file rtlwifi/rtl8192cf
