For me reverting to an older kernel did seem to help. I don't recall ever having seen the problem with the older kernel. The problem is somewhat intermittent - sometimes I can get it to wake up cleanly - other times it won't. It seems like I have better luck if I use the keyboard instead of the

I have also had the experience of the 2.6.38-10 upgrade breaking resume from RAM for me. It will usually always resume successfully the first time, but subsequent subsequent suspend/resume cycles without a reboot in between result in various symptoms: most often, power light, wifi light come on an
