Is not an invalid bug, it happened to me with the last update (november
21, 2011, Ubuntu 11.10), something is bad in the code. "Export to
PDF..." function is a must-have in LibreOffice.

Thank you, Christopher, but I have found it faster to install pdftk, do
a one-button export of all pages to a "work" pdf, write a script which
creates all of the "fixed" custom reports, and then use the command line
to handle the customized breakouts.
Before, I could do this with a few clicks on a
JohnMoore, if you want to print to a pdf only certain pages click File
-> Print -> Options tab -> check Print to File checkbox -> General tab
-> click Pages radio button and choose which pages you want.

Request status change. Problem recurred when updating to LibreOffice
3.4.3.
This time, when I purged the old installation and reinstalled as I did

I backed up my personal templates and macro code and then did a sudo
apt-get purge.
Following that, I opened KPackageKit, and it appeared there that
everything was still installed, so I set each green-checked item to
"Remove." After this, I used KPackageKit to reinstall libreoffice with
the addit
