AJenbo, I can reproduce this bug with a little testing and have updated
the description. the issue reported in comment#3 is another bug and
would be helpful if reported seperately.

mode in on of them will switch to the other application.

Some thing mighty strange is defiantly going one. When i select View-
Fullscreen, only the title/unity-bar is hidden, alle the actual browser
chrom is still visable (it used to autohide). If i then press F11 the
bar comes back, but looking in the View menu Fullscreen appears checked.

need a screenshot or something, because fullscreened firefox works fine
in alt-tab for me, and those around me.
