AJenbo, I can reproduce this bug with a little testing and have updated
the description. the issue reported in comment#3 is another bug and
would be helpful if reported seperately.

- If firefox is in fullscreen mode it does not appear when you use
- alt+tab.
+ If firefox is closed while in fullscreen mode, starting it again makes
+ unity(or compiz) not detect the instance of firefox.

+ steps to reproduce
+ 1. start firefox, press f11
+ 2. hit the cursor to the top part of the screen to show the hidden firefox 
bar.
+ 3. click the close button.
+ 4. start firefox again(will open fullscreen)
+ 5. see unity does not have track of firefox, its not in alt-tab nor in 
launcher.
